Are you a Private or Professional user?

As a provider of market data from third-party providers to end users, we are required to determine each user's status.

Private User:

• You only use Börsdata for personal use and not in your professional activities or for any other organization.
• You are not registered or licensed with any regulatory authority for securities trading, commodity trading or financial markets in any country.
• You do not perform any tasks that require registration or licensing with such an authority.
• You only trade with your own or your wholly-owned company's capital and do not use funds from any other person or organization.
• You have not entered into an agreement to share profits or receive compensation for your trade.

Professional User:

• You use Börsdata in your professional role or for an organization, for example as an analyst, advisor or portfolio manager.
• You are registered or licensed with a regulatory authority for securities trading, commodity trading or financial markets in any country.
• You perform tasks that require registration or licensing with such an authority.
• You trade with capital belonging to a third party, for example customer funds or funds from an organization, and not only with your own or your wholly owned company's capital.
• You have entered into an agreement to share profits or receive compensation for your trading or investment advice.
