The products are based on the Company's own useful bacterial strains in combination with in-house developed soluble fibers and innovative ways of developing these drug substances. The fiber is called Carbiotix AXOS and is produced using a special enzyme that makes it possible to produce hemicellulose from corn, something that is not possible with commercial enzymes. Sales of consumer tests and clinical tests for intestinal health. Sales of medical food containing AXOS. Carbiotix's business model is based on the four business areas pharmaceutical sales through licensing, consumer tests for intestinal health through partners and prebiotic soluble fibers (AXOS) through licensing.
