Description
AMSC is active in shipping. The company owns a significant shareholding in Solstad Maritime, which owns a diversified fleet of offshore Subsea and AHTS vessels. The vision is to create long-term and sustainable value for shareholders. AMSC currently manages a large proportion of fleets that are both owned and leased within the market. The company was founded in 2005 and today has a Norwegian board and headquarters in Lysaker.
