Description
Spacett is a so-called Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), herein referred to as an acquisition company, whose sole purpose is to raise capital through an ownership spread in connection with a listing for trading on Spotlight and carry out as attractive an Acquisition as possible for the Company's shareholders within a period of 36 months after the first day of trading for the Offer and thereby the acquired Target Company is listed for trading on Spotlight.
