Description
Real Fastigheter acquires, develops and manages commercial rental properties, primarily in the areas of warehouses, logistics and industry/manufacturing in and around central locations in Sweden. The company's growth will primarily occur through the development of existing properties and through the acquisition of properties with potential for improvement. The added value in the properties is created through active and long-term management for risk-adjusted lending. Real Fastigheter has its headquarters in Nacka, Stockholm.
