Northgold focuses on exploration and development of gold deposits that create leverage for the growth of gold as a long-term investment instrument. The Company's business model is to create value by expanding mineral resources through exploration of current and new deposits and increasing their probability of extraction through technical studies. Northgold is advancing two resource-stage gold projects in the underinvested Middle Ostrobothnia Gold Belt (MOGB) in Central Finland, a region that has a history of base metals mining and is now also emerging as an up-and-coming gold district.
