Nordnet is a Nordic digital platform for savings and investments with operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The core of Nordnet's operations is to offer customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland products and services for savings and investments. The company was founded in 1996 to democratize savings and investments by giving private savers access to the same information and tools as professional investors. Via Nordnet's digital platform, savings and investments in a large number of financial products as well as a number of selected loan products are offered. Nordnet also operates the Nordic region's largest social investment network, Shareville, which brings together more than 250,000 users and enables Nordnet's customers to follow other investors and see their investments. Nordnet is headquartered in Stockholm, where all Nordic functions such as IT, product development and administration are located. Stockholm also has the customer service and sales organization for the Swedish market.
